What Does Authenticity have to do with Leadership? More than i feel Authentic leadership is important, I feel Authenticity gives us boldness.

Let me Explain.

Authenticity means true to one’s own personality, spirit, or character; is sincere with no pretensions.

Authenticity is about making choices daily to choose ourselves our values and our beliefs.

Authenticity is the awareness and acceptance of Self (Every Part of it) Authenticity is wholeness - Everything is in Alignment. Our Actions words behavior are in aligned

Why is Being Authentic so hard?

We are scared to open and honest about ourselves.

We fear losing the relationship and connection.

We want to hide our own less than perfect traits from ourselves and others.

We fear condemnation judgement and critism

We fear other people will see our weaknesses as proof of our unworthiness rather than our humanity.

I belief Every woman should embark on a Journey Towards Wholeness because Authenticity makes us better women.

Integrity is a synonym of wholeness. As nouns the difference between wholeness and integrity is that wholeness is the quality of something considered as a whole while integrity is steadfast adherence to a strict moral or ethical code. But how do they relate to each other as Verbs or Actions

When we are not Whole, we are Wounded. We Divided in our Actions and our Behavior.
