Love is Not Blind?

Faith Is Not Blind

Faith is often thought of as being blind, meaning that it is not based on scientific or rational thought1. However, Faith is focused on its objective, which is Jesus.
I heard the Opposite of Faith is Certitude - Absolute certainty or conviction that something is the case:
All I know is...
My Faith Says with Absolute Certainty
God Is not a man that He Would not Lie.
My Faith Says Jesus Died to set us 'Free'.
My Faith Says Victory is mine through Jesus Christ.
Faith is Knowing that whom I serve is greater than every issue problem challenge in my life!!!
I love Billy Graham's Definition
"Faith simply means believing that something is true, and then committing our lives to it. In the Bible, “faith” means believing in God, and in what Christ has done for us to make our salvation possible–and then committing ourselves to Him" - Billy Graham
The first part is belief–belief that God exists, and that He loves us and sent His Son into the world to save us. Faith isn’t a vague hope that God might exist; it is a definite belief that what the Bible says about Him is true. The Bible says, “Without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him” (Hebrews 11:6).

I have been googling googling what is the opposite of Faith. Is it doubt or certitude?
When we choose FAITH, we choose Surrender and letting go of ourselves, Our Will, Our Ways
Faith does not mean. I will get everything i hope for and pray for (Genie in a bottle)
The opposite of Faith is confusing to me.
We believe or the opposite is unbelief.
We have faith or doubt that God is who He says He is.
Faith is hoping for something we don't yet have or can't see but we trust God can deliver.
But Faith is not possible without a Relationship, so I am not getting this opposite of Faith definition.
My Googling paid off. Now this makes sense to me.
So, there is no opposite word for FAITH. I love this article by Kathy Howard it explains perfectly what FAITH is:
Faith is a Gift from God
God saves us through our faith. We are “justified” by faith (Romans 5:1). “For by grace you have been saved through faith.
Faith is not illogical, blind acceptance.
True biblical faith is not a flimsy hope. Instead, our faith is an “assurance,” a firm, solid confidence in the object of our faith. Hebrews 11:1: “Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.”
Faith Fills the Gaps
We walk by faith. We trust God with both the understandable and the incomprehensible. Faith drives and guides our lives in every area. “… for we walk by faith, not by sight” (2 Corinthians 5:7, ESV).
Faith is Trusting God Even when you don't see beyond the next step!
Faith Produces Good Works
Faith that saves is more than mere acknowledgement of the existence of God,
Faith trusts so much in its object of faith that it is moved to action. True faith makes itself known in our lives by obedience (Romans 1:5).
Saving faith, given to us by God, will always result in good works.
Faith is Strengthened by Trials
God uses difficulties, trials, and persecution to test, strengthen, and grow our faith. Just as fire refines gold and silver by burning away the dross, the fires in the lives of believers burns away the impurities in our faith (1 Peter 1:6-7).
Faith Trusts in a Person, Not an Outcome!
Too often we mistakenly put our faith in a desired outcome rather than in the One who hears our prayers.
When God tested Abraham’s faith and told him to sacrifice his only son, Abraham obeyed. He believed in the power and promises of God. Because Abraham trusted in God and not a specific outcome (Hebrews 11:17-19), God was glorified and Abraham’s faith was strengthened.
When we ground our faith in God – not an outcome - no matter how He chooses to work we will not be shaken.

Faith Protects us From the Enemy's Arrows
Satan, the father of lies, he also works to foster guilt, shame, and doubt in our hearts and minds. He whispers in our ear that God doesn’t exist.
Faith in God is our strong defense against all Satan’s attacks.
Our faith in God, His character, and His ways is a shield that blocks the enemy’s pointed schemes against us.
Faith extinguishes those fiery lies from hell (Ephesians 6:16). Faith in the Holy One negates the power of Satan. Hold your shield high and do not set it aside.
Faith is a Spiritual Gift
The spiritual gift of faith is found in the list of the gifts of the Spirit in 1 Corinthians 12.
All believers have been given saving faith by God as the only means of salvation (Ephesians 2:8-9), but not all believers are given the spiritual gift of faith. Like all the gifts of the Holy Spirit, the spiritual gift of faith was given for the “common good,” which means the edifying of the body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:7).
God gives all Christians saving faith. The spiritual gift of faith is given to some, who exhibit extraordinary amounts of faith in their Christian walk and who, by their faith, are a joy and an encouragement to others.
Our Growth!
Our life “in Christ”, going from glory to glory is a journey of faith.
We must grow from Faith to Faith ( “The just shall live by faith.” ( Rom 1:17 NKJV)
We Must grow from Glory to Glory
How to grow from Faith to Faith?
So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. (Rom 10:17)
Glory to Glory
Our journey from Redemption Transformation Sanctification on earth, to our glorious eternal welcome into heaven
