Have you ever set a goal and didn’t achieve it? Or have you tried different kinds of habit building methods, apps…still you found it challenging to establish the habits you desire?

It’s because most of the systems out there approach from “Outside in."

They use the WHAT and HOW to define your WHO - your identity.

The “world” system in the business context, starts from the outermost ring first, setting goals and deadlines.

Next it is to choose systems and methods to try to achieve the goals without addressing what kind of business leaders we’d like to become. We try to drive the result from external and limited resources. This is “outside in” when we should focus on “inside out.”

What do we say. We rat things off like we talking to an interviewer

They are interviewing is looking for someone who will add value to their business

Same on a dating site. We put a whole lot of half-naked pictures of our material things, and we think that is our identity.

I do not entertain people who think their identity are in shallow things lol

Because success is according to this model nothing materialistic or physical

Inside out means Authenticity Self discovery , Healing , Seeking , Awareness

Understand who you are in Christ by meditating on God’s word daily.

Align yourself with the kinds of business leaders God desires you to become in THIS SEASON by communing with Him daily to receive clarity.

Have clarity on who u want to marry who u want to date

Have a vision and a purpose and a strategy.

Seek First the Kingdom....!

Have business meetings with Jesus often —you decide the frequency, to set the business goals based on WHOM you want to become.

Choose the proper methods to execute the plan accordingly.

Take small actions daily to establish new habits.

Focus on renewing your mind to enter the next level of leadership, and you will achieve the goals as the byproduct. (Romans 12:2)
