Love is our greatest weapon.

Love breaks every curse of Satan.

Love opens the door to health and wholeness not only for us but for others.

1 Corinthians 13 tells us that without love our actions and words are meaningless.

Our goal, I believe, in the journey of life is to learn to love: God, ourselves, and others.

When I love myself, I am able to appreciate all the unique qualities and virtues that are part of me. I feel happy and secure within myself, and I am able to project that love out toward other people. The more love I express the more love I receive in return, filling my life with joy.

Before we can love others, we need to learn to love ourselves.

Authenticity & Loving Ourselves

My mom says i never fell on my mouth.

Or i am not sure she means should fall on my mouth LOL

On this journey of Authenticity i prefer to call it wholeness

I don't say Yes and Mean No ...and Vice Versa.

If we complete and comfortable with who we are we don't seek validation and approval outside of ourselves

We speak our truth.

When we are authentic and whole, we are not out of alignment with our values and needs

needs and needy that is 2 different concepts.

Needs

I need to stand up for myself and others (why must i hold my tongue)

I have the right to protect my boundaries (No i won't suppress my feelings) lol

Say one thing and do another (I should honor your word)

Are you reliant on other to validate you emotionally? (I don't need approval, I was died for)

Playing small don't serve anyone (I know who I am)

Self-Sabotaging those voices in our head (I have the mind of Christ)

You Glow Different when you see yourself the way God Sees You

Emotions like anxiety, resentment, overwhelm, helplessness, powerlessness, guilt and feeling low

are messages from your body that you need to take care by aligning with your needs and values.

When we not choosing Ourselves, We are choosing the attachment!

Being true to yourself means living in truth with each person in your life. It means refusing to say or do something that you don't believe is right. Living in truth with other people means that you refuse to stay in any situation where you are unhappy with the behavior of another person. You refuse to tolerate it. You refuse to compromise. — Brian Tracy
