Shame is often at the heart of bullying.

Emotional intelligence includes developing self-awareness and an increased ability to notice and navigate our thoughts and emotions. And according to researcher, educator and author Brené Brown, a core emotion that is linked to issues of bullying is shame.

Shame is universal and it’s something we all experience but rarely, if ever, talk about. The silence around shame helps it flourish and allows it to be used as a weapon to hurt ourselves and others. When young people, and adults, are targets of hurtful, cruel, bullying behaviors it often triggers feelings of worthlessness, inadequacy and shame. Interestingly, it’s not just the targets or victims of bullying who experience these painful feelings. The person doing the bullying is likely to be acting aggressively to cover up similar feelings that they harbor within themselves.

First step to stopping bullying is to call it out for what it is. what you tolerate you cant change

Why Was Jesus Mocked Shamed Bullied Crucified Years Ago. Why Is Jesus Mocked Shamed Bullied today Still

Whorld Answer to Bullying...

"In the Law world we are are told, 'Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' I dont tolerate bullyinh

But here is my teaching: love your enemies. Be kind to those who hate you and pray for your persecutors. That's the kind of behavior that distinguishes God's family. Doesn't God let his sun shine equally on good and evil men and doesn't he let the rain fall indiscriminately on the honest and the dishonest?\

Treat others the way you'd like them to treat you. If you0p[; love only those who love you, what's commendable about that? Scoundrels do that. If you're only friendly with your friends, what is exceptional about that?

Did Jesus know he was going to be crucified?
