As a Female Data Analytics Professional I have seen a very few women Data Engineers and Software Developers. I have even seen less women technical leaders and Solution Architects.

I have had the privilege of leading technical teams for the last 10 years, and definitely Women play way too small

Women Lack Confidence, they have an Imposter Syndrome and They exist and lead from a place of Fear.

Fear of Speaking up. Fear of Rocking the boat, Fear of displeasing others. Fear of Failing and Fear of Rejection.

The Opposite of Fear is Faith. Faith In WHO I AM.

When We speak about Faith. Jesus Comes to mind. He is the Author and Finisher of our Faith.

The Bible Also says we must have a mind of Christ,

What is a Mind of Christ, it is to have the same values, focus and purpose as Christ. It Means Viewing things through a Christ-Centered Lens.

When i entered into A relationship with Christ. I got 3 for the price of 1

When i took on the mind i also received the Heart of Christ. Love then becomes Core Value within which i operate it . This has completely changed how I do life.

Now I have the mind of Christ and the Heart of Christ. It Means I belief

I AM Who God Says I am.

I Can Do What God Says I can do,

I am loved so I love.

I Know WHO I AM. SO I Can Achieve Anything I put my mind to
